The hotel had a lovely decoration with a charming touch of Turkish culture. I especially liked the colorful carpets and traditional artwork displayed in the lobby. The general areas were clean and well-maintained, making it easy for senior people to navigate around. The hotel also had ramps and elevators, which were very helpful for someone like me with mobility issues.

I would have appreciated better assistance from the staff during my stay. The children working there seemed inexperienced and lacked proper training in customer service.

This hotel is perfectly situated just a short walk from the stunning Kleopatra beach. It is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and a variety of sport facilities. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist with any needs. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast each morning, and some rooms offer breathtaking views of the beach. The hotel also offers excellent Wi-Fi connection and fast check-in service.

One downside is that the pool area does not receive much sunlight and can be quite chilly, limiting its usability.

The information said that it would be free wifi in entire hotel. It was not.

It has a great location. Near to a great beach and near to shopping stores. Just few steps away from street of the clubs.

There is no chance to pay with credit card and price could be just a little bit less.

I recently stayed at Kleopatra Carina hotel in Alanya during my travels, and although it was meant to be a transit stay, I was pleasantly surprised by a couple of features. the hotel's proximity to Gazipasa Airport was incredibly convenient for me, allowing for easy transportation to and from the hotel. the hotel staff, although limited in resources, provided me with access to hot water and drinking water, ensuring my comfort during my short stay.

During my stay, I encountered the presence of bed bugs in my initial room.

My room at Kleopatra Carina Hotel was clean and well-equipped. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, even returning a tablet we left behind. I had a pleasant stay.

Room would have been a bit small for a couple or for an extended stay - you couldn't though reasonably expect any larger for the price so this is certainly not a criticism, just an observation for any couples who need space over a week or so

Great location, just steps away from the beach and within walking distance to popular tourist spots like nightclubs and bars. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The small swimming pool was a nice addition, although I preferred spending my time at the beach.

Our room was not up to par. It was cramped and poorly designed, with a double bed awkwardly placed in the corner.

During my recent travel to Alanya, I stayed at Kleopatra Carina for a transit stop. The hotel is conveniently located near the Gazipasa Airport, making it a convenient choice for travelers like me. It saved me a lot of time and hassle in reaching the airport for my next flight.

There were only 8 sun loungers, and they were not in the best condition.
